Yesterday I made some chive butter, inspired by all the chives in the garden that are getting ready to burst into bloom. It’s so easy! I just beat four cubes of butter with an electric mixer, added the juice of one lemon, and two handfuls of chopped up chives, salt and pepper. I rolled it into some parchment to keep in the fridge.
