Have you picked up a Better Homes and Gardens lately? Their styling is looking super good. This photo went straight to my inspiration files. I'd love to make a little entryway area like this in my apartment. It belongs to the lovely interior designer, Amy Meier. Her blog is here.
Great image!! cute room and I do like that entryway…with lots of space for things but still looks neat and organised.
I saw that and loved it, too!
I didn’t see this one yet. Love the big basket.
That’s funny, I just pulled this out of the magazine last night. I love the whole thing. We have some railroad nails that I was looking for ideas on what to do with. This was inspiring (that peg rack).
This is awesome, I love that repurposed wooden hook and that huge wicker basket. This is certainly inspiring me to spruce up my apartment entryway.
love the Hunters piled in the basket
ooh, I will have to go find me a Better Homes and Garden for the flight home!

the boots and umbrella collector is such a great (and useful) piece.
I’ve always found BHG inspiring… time to pick up a copy!
I love this entry room! My apartment doesn’t have one, it just opens right up into my living room and dining room. Where are people supposed to put their shoes?! 😉
lovely! that basket is gorgeous. i’d love it or something like it in my entryway. we currently have hooks and a small wire/metal vintage shelf.
Funny you mention this, as I was admiring the same article last night! The magazine belonged to my boyfriend’s mom, but I found myself really enjoying the magazine’s new look. Glad I’m not the only one who happened to pick up that issue. 🙂
This is super cute. I’ve picked up copies of BH&G off and on for the past couple of years. Sometimes I really like the content but the quality of the actual magazine puts me off! The printing and paper can be so awful, even unreadable at times. Hopefully times they are a-changing.
there’s something really subtly perfect about this. definitely bookmark worthy, thanks!
Love this too!
What an honor! Thank you for sharing my entryway! Still pinching myself 🙂
love it!
it’s so exciting to see ‘real’ people in magazine. a dream of mine for sure!
A little late to the party, but I’m so glad you found Amy! She’s decorating our home now and I love her to pieces. I have a feeling we’ll see a lot more from her in the shelter mags.
