During my little sojourn in Sweden a few years ago, I discovered flavored crème fraiche. Here in America, we usually just have plain creme fraiche but in the Swedish grocery stores I noticed sweet and savory flavors. I loved adding tomato creme fraiche to my sandwiches. So yummy! I asked Elizabeth to make a version. She's included instructions on how to make your own creme fraiche at home and also how to add flavor to purchased creme fraiche.
