It seems like the Brits always have fun street parties going on. This time it's for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. This weekend, I happen to be visiting my grandmother who is originally from Yorkshire and loves all things royal so she's going to bake a cake. I am bringing the Union Jack bunting and crowns! I found a bunch of really great, free downloads for us Americans that can't find all the great merchandise! I posted a little round-up over at Babble. Are you hosting or attending a party?

My birthday is on Sunday and I can’t think of a better way to spend it than planted in front of the TV watching the Queen float down the Thames. 🙂 Have fun with your adorable Granny!
I’m going to the English store in my neighborhood, they’re having a Jubilee Picnic
I am in London and it feels like it’s going to be a lovely weekend, even though the weather is going to be quite dismal! I am going to wander about my neighbourhood in Brixton and go to some street parties to meet my neighbours!
I live just outside London and the weather has been awful but I have had so much fun I don’t care!! Had a wee party of my own too http://bit.ly/LhuSVB no crowns though, missed a trick there. My grandma also hailed from yorkshire, funny ol’ world.
