snowed in

At one point, there were fourteen people snowed in at my parent's house. Because we had an ice storm as well as lots of snowfall, the garden was all frosty and magical. I took plenty advantage of  my country snow time, taking lots of walks and snowshoeing adventures as well as cozy time too. Click here to see what it looked like in the springtime.

  1. you have the most beautiful snow – so thick. it’s going to be 60 degrees in ny tomorrow. i’m glad i took pics of the snow we had last weekend, which is all gone! enjoy your weekend.

  2. What a beautiful home they have!! There is something cozy and magical about being snowed in, isn’t there? I must say, though, that I was glad to be able to run outside yesterday and today for the first time in over a week. Hope you’re enjoying your holiday!

  3. Lovely photos and the house looks so inviting. It never snows anymore in this area of England, except for a light dusting of the fields. I sort of miss it.
