i can’t believe it was seven years ago. i remember walking our dog (since passed) to the dog run in washington square park. everyone was stunned and emotional. it felt intimate…it was if because of what had just happened we were suddenly a family. I got to know more people in our building that day than in the previous four years we were living there.
