I’ve been collecting vintage photos for years…lately I’ve been using them as tags on gifts, but some I just can’t bear to part with. Here are some of those photos:
{How daring is she?!}
{I love the shadow of the guy taking the photo!}
{What a cute little butterfly!}
{I just love their bows.}
These are so amazing, especially the young butterfly — where do you find them? Flea markets?
These are so sweet! I love collecting old photos that catch my eye; your little stash is quite amazing! 🙂
Great idea to use them as gift tags. I lived in DC for a few months (I’m a travel nurse) and saw a great exhibit at the National Gallery about the Art of the American Snapshot.

And another at the Corcoran by Annie Leibowitz which included so many candid shots of her family. Makes you appreciate the beauty of everyday life.
How cool! Thanks for the tip Ansley! I’ll check it out for sure!
If you collect these vintage photo’s I know you’ll love a post I did a few weeks ago: http://frombetsywithlove.com/?p=85 It’s about Look at Me a collection of old found photo’s. Enjoy. Love, Betsy.
