I went to Trebol Mexican restaurant last week in North Portland. Because they only use food that is grown within a 200 mile radius, the menu changes weekly. Their food was the freshest I’ve ever tasted. I was speechless with every bite. It all just reaffirmed my belief in eating locally grown, organic food.
