Frances May is a darling new clothing boutique here in Portland. Owned by a Grandmother/Granddaughter team, Francis May carries some of our favorite lines like Samantha Pleet, Built By Wendy and Rachel Comey as well as one of a kind vintage pieces. I keep happening upon the store when it is closed but the whole place looks charming in a very understated, Portland way. They blog here.
