{thanksgiving centerpiece}

I am always in charge of my family’s Thanksgiving centerpiece. Being the procrastinator I am, my inspiration usually comes at the last minute from greens or moss in the garden, fruit from the kitchen, or leftover wheat from a flower project. It is so fun to take advantage of my mom’s collection of antique dishes and tureens, crisp white bowls, or old terracotta pots. It always turns out stunning, even if it is last minute. Plus, it’s usually low-cost or free. I think there’s no better way to show gratitude than to use what you have to create something pretty!
