I made this saffron bread wreath last Saturday (before I got all your great recipes. I'll try them soon, thank you!). It was so yummy!! I think it will be my new tradition. I left out the cherries and the icing and added extra golden raisins. I loved seeing Jo's celebration and Stephanie's photos from St. Lucia Day.
