For a wedding or party, try using mix and match chairs (rentals are nice but they start to look sterile after a while). You can get away with a mish mash of chairs for smaller, outdoor or indoor events. I’ve even mixed Chivari with antique wooden chairs. It makes it much more interesting, especially if your tables are simple. I also think benches are a fun and different look.
