{tumbleweed}

Kara Larson is responsible for the series of Kara-Line dresses, the Tumbleweed boutique, as well as the kids store Grasshopper. I love her new website design. It gives you a little peek into the lovelies you will find at her Tumbleweed shop. My favorite part of the store is the neon sign that hangs out front and reads, "wear more dresses." Once when I was there on a Saturday morning the owner walked in with a plate full of homemade cookies and offered them to customers! It’s all very welcoming and homey. The dresses are made by local seamstresses, never mass produced, and the models are always very realistic looking. Her pretty dress designs are also available at several other shops around the country too.

  1. I love these dresses! They make me wish that summer wasn’t almost over. I just visited that shop last week for the first time and it really does have such a comfortable atmosphere.
